Terms & Conditions – Wellness Quest

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wellness Quest website, services, treatments, online courses, and memberships. By booking a service, purchasing a course, or becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Wellness Quest (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a holistic wellbeing business offering in-person treatments, classes, and online programmes.

2. Services & Courses
We offer:
In-person holistic treatments (Usui Reiki, Rahanni Celestial Healing, Reflexology, Sound Healing, EFT).
Yoga and sound bath classes.
Online courses and memberships.
Workshops and training.
Service descriptions are available on our website and may be updated at any time.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made via our website or agreed booking system.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
In-Person Appointments
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice – no charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows – the full session fee will be charged.
Online Courses & Digital Products
As per UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), once digital content has been accessed, you waive your right to a refund.
If you have technical issues, we will provide support to ensure you can access your purchase.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly or annually as chosen at sign-up.
You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.
Access to membership content will end when your subscription ends.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any services, classes, or courses are suitable for your personal circumstances.
Always consult your GP before starting any new health or wellbeing practice, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.
Login details and course materials are for your personal use only and must not be shared.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, meditations, and resources provided by Wellness Quest remain our intellectual property. They are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services and courses are designed for wellbeing and personal growth; they are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of our services, except where required by Northern Ireland law.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Governing Law
