Join us for a deeply nourishing 2-hour Yoga and Sound Healing workshop designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension from the body, and invite a sense of inner stillness.
Through gentle yoga, calming breathwork, restorative relaxation, and the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments, this session offers a supportive space to slow down and simply receive.
No previous yoga experience is needed, and the session is suitable for beginners as well as those who already practise yoga.
